Why InstantVerify

Built the way a great office
already works.

Most verification products are designed from the outside in, around what a data feed or a vendor's cloud can deliver. InstantVerify was designed from the front desk out: around what your team actually needs to know before a patient sits down, and around who should hold your patients' information. You should.

01 · Where the work happens

Your patients' data stays in your office.

Nearly every automated verification product today runs in the vendor's cloud. Your schedule and your patients' coverage are sent to their servers, processed there, and often stored there. Many of those services also keep your carrier portal logins on their side. It's a legitimate way to build software, and it means another company's systems become part of your HIPAA picture, held together by a business associate agreement you have to take on trust.

InstantVerify takes the other road. It installs on your practice's own computer, reads the schedule where it already lives, signs in to the carrier portals from your office, and writes its report to your machine.

Security isn't a policy we ask you to trust. It's where the software lives.

02 · How deep it reads

It reads the way your most careful verifier reads.

Electronic eligibility responses vary enormously from one payer to the next. Some are detailed. Many come back with little more than "active" and a few percentages, and the details that change what a patient owes (history, missing-tooth clauses, downgrades) are the least consistent of all.

So InstantVerify goes to the source. It opens the carrier's portal and reads every benefit tab: the overview, deductibles, coverage by code, frequency limits, treatment history, and waiting periods. Those are the same screens your best team member would open on a slow afternoon with no phone ringing. That includes history the portal holds from other offices, so you know a crown on #14 isn't eligible until 2029 before anyone promises otherwise.

03 · You're in control

You decide what gets looked up.

Every office has the procedures it quotes all day long: night guards, 3D imaging, implants, the codes your doctors reach for. A generic verification returns a generic template, whatever the data source happens to provide. InstantVerify works from your list.

Tell it once which codes matter to your office, and it looks them up on every patient, every time, alongside everything else. The report answers your questions, not a template's.

04 · The right depth

A cleaning and a crown need different answers.

InstantVerify reads your schedule before it verifies. A patient already on an approved treatment plan gets a focused check: benefits and deductible, did anything change? A patient coming in for an exam gets the comprehensive picture, because that's where treatment is discussed and where accurate numbers win or lose the case.

Your team's attention goes where decisions actually get made, and the routine visits move through without a second look.

05 · Honest by design

Blank beats wrong.

When a detail can't be confirmed from the carrier, the report leaves it blank and flags it instead of filling the space with a confident guess. A wrong number quoted to a patient costs more than an honest gap your team can close with one call, in trust, in write-offs, and in the next treatment plan they hesitate on.

Every number on the report comes straight from the carrier. Every gap is marked as one.

06 · Who built it

Designed from inside the office, not from the outside in.

Darren Kaberna has been inside dental offices since 1997, coaching front desks and watching verification melt down on busy Tuesdays. Dr. Brian Johnston has spent more than a decade in dental technology, hearing the same broken verification story in office after office. InstantVerify is what they wished those offices had: software that works the way a great office already thinks.

Works with Eaglesoft®, Dentrix®, and Open Dental®. Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and Open Dental are trademarks of their respective owners. InstantVerify AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
